Camshaft question
« on: September 14 2014, 11:16:30 AM »
I saw a Lunati cam for the Buick showing more duration on the intake than on the exhaust side. What advantage would that have as most cams I see are the opposite?

Probably was designed originally for a naturally aspirated engine.   On most street engines, I don't think it makes a significant difference which way it is designed...nor mally I prefer the same numbers on both sides but again, I doubt it makes much difference.

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.
