Can you use a regular 86/87 MAF Translator and a Chevy MAF?

get the maf pipe from trparts   http://buickgn.com/hotairbigmouthkits.htm

then get the maf translator from here  http://www.fullthrottlespeed.com/itemdesc.asp+ic+050BUICKTRANS+eq++Tp+

then pick the way more durable and seemingly way less prone to goofyness LT1 MAF sensor from just about anywhere,   and you'll never look back

keep your stock hot air stuff that you remove though in case you ever decide to sell the car one day.
