oil in up pipe

I thought maybe the seals in my stock turbo were going bad last year as I found oil residue in the up pipe. I pulled the IC to clean any oil out ( should have done this before i went to the track, 50% plugged with bugs) and it was clean inside. The oil is coming from the throttle body back down?? The PCV valve is good, I have breathers in both valve covers. Why is this happening? Also i just had to replace the vacuum block and that gasket and old block were pretty oil covered. I thought that was strange?
 
Normal or do I have a problem here?

This might sound silly but put some dye in the oil and then use a black light to see if you can track where it's coming from.
And remember, when dealing with children, silence may be golden but duct tape is silver.

is the pvc sealing fairly well when closed?  It is pretty common for oil to come up the pvc line into the tb.  Not so common to have it go from the tb back into the up pipe.  That would be a good trick as the direction of air flow is just the opposite.  That almost had to come from the turbo.

You do have the tube between the end of the passenger valve cover and the turbo inlet bell removed and replaced with a small KN filter and a cap over the inlet on the bell--don't you

I do have the filter in that valve cover and the cap on the inlet bell. Also for the pcv valve I have that vacuum line coming from some other line, dont remember which I tee'ed into, because I'm coming off that big port for my brakes vacuum source.
 
I dont get it either, with the air flow factor, but the IC and hose on the turbo side is super clean but on the throttle body side, the connection to the IC is kinda oily, the connection to the throttlebody is very oily, and there was virtually zero oil in the IC. Poured about a 2 pints of methanol into it and after swishing it all over poured it out and it was barely tinted yellow. With the amount of oil on the up pipe connections the IC should have had a pool of oil in the bottom.
