Okay, that makes me feel better.  I wrestled with it a little bit to get it to seat properly and couldn't remember if it was spinning like that when I started.  I finally got it to drop down like it is supposed to.  Thanks for all the help a few months ago with my new car.  I have had the engine block and heads checked and freshened up at a local machine shop with new forged pistons (All of the old ones had wrist pin play).  Then I had a local turbo buick guy assemble everything.  He posted this thread on it:
