Discuss.
If you aren't registered, and don't plan to vote, stay the fuck out of the thread.
On second though, please post, I want to see what the people I am making decisions for think.
Thank you

I don't vote for Teddy Kennedy left-wing scum-sucking socialist liberals, even if they are in a cool black wrapper.
In other words, no, I am not voting for Obama.

I don't feel he has the people of the US in mind.
all his talk is election hype :jerkit;
not saying other parties are being truthful :rofl;
sad when the only choices don't represent what the country really needs.
I didn't know there were so many dummies ( read that retards) that believe his rhetoric!
but I haven't found a better place to live..

I am torn in this election. I believe I have two choices here:
1. Vote for Bob Barr, the man I believe to be the best candidate.
or
2. Vote against Obama, which means to cast a vote for McCain.
:confused;

Never before has a public issue/current event terrified me so. I've already voted McCain/Palin.

I generally look to our founding fathers and their beliefs when forming this country. Remember the inalienable rights. A few quotes by Thomas Jefferson...
The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. -Thomas Jefferson
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms..disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed one." - Thomas Jefferson quoting Cesare Beccaria, Criminologist in 1764. That was 230 years ago. -Thomas Jefferson
"The beauty of the second amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it." -Thomas Jefferson
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.-Thomas Jefferson
Most bad government has grown out of too much government.-Thomas Jefferson
What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance?-Thomas Jefferson
Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms [of government] those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.-Thomas Jefferson
I think myself that we have more machinery of government than is necessary, too many parasites living on the labor of the industrious.-Thomas Jefferson
The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.-Thomas Jefferson
Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have ... The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases.
And a few others.....
"I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials."

I am voting for Obama to take a long walk off a short dock.
Everyone should have a copy of the Federalist papers. The insight that they give into our Constitution is amazing.
The scariest thing about this election is that if the Democratic (aka...socialis
t) party majority is high enough, they could have an unimpeded Constitutional convention.
In which, they could take away all of our rights!
The second scariest thing is, if the time comes to appoint justices to the Supreme court. They'd simply misinterpret the Constitution to support their socialist agenda.
BTW, I voted for Ron Paul in the primary.
My prediction is that the McCain/Palin ticket will win. I believe that the polls pushed by the media are biased by the generaly liberal media.

I sent them (NRA) a lot of money during the Clinton Years. Not just membership fees but the legislative action part (don't remember what they call it, exactly). I have a feeling I will be sending a lot more after the election.
