Steve, I'm sitting this one out and watching. :) I've got two cars here with whacked out 02 readings...and both cars are fine at WOT for fuel. One has WB...and 9.0 to 1 at WOT. That`s why I asked the ECM question. Hoping for an easy fix. :)

The track will either be running a Pro or Sportsman tree. I haven't tried a Pro tree...and I don't think I want too. :D

My answer would be...no. You have to get to 'know' your engine. I have a friend down in NC that was an ATR engineer. He sent a leather bound journal to me several years ago. I keep notes on temperature/humidity/fueling/timing/boost for each run. When I hit the track all I have to do is look at the thermometer/barometer I have with me...and I can make my adjustments and be pretty close. When I make an all out assault like last Sunday...and things are getting borderline...t hen I consult with Steve for final recommendation s.

Jason, I don't recommend using a heavy set of valve springs like I do. 980's and 981's will do just fine. The basic premise of this exercise is to see how fast I can go on stock junk and Erics 5.7 chip. When I hear back from Joe, I'll post up the info.

What's done to the plenum? Power plate?

Joe backfilled/contoured it to match the intake. He also ported it for Steve Monroes TB. No Power Plate...as the plugs are evenly colored...tho I'd recommend a Power Plate for a stock upper plenum.

I'll let you know in the spring. There's a truck stop around the corner from our hole in the wall shop with scales. When we swap the trans I'll take it over and have it weighed. I'm curious myself.

Steve...what inside the ECM would muddle the 02 reading?

I love that pic, so if I find a couple rims 7" with a 3 3/4 BS or 8" with a 4"BS I should be golden.

I run aluminum rear drums...so you may need to play with shims.
