I remember maybe 1970 my parents getting my two younger brothers  a Magnavox pong game console for the only TV in the house.  That was WW3 after a few weeks, back in the box sent to the basement.

My advice is to screenshot the pages you want and save on your PC or phone. Once the board is shutdown the links you save will come up as a error. Another option is try a free program called  http://web.archive.org/     It's hit and miss but covers the history of any website.

This may help for that or future problems. I dont remember glass fuses on anything under the hood from the factory. I would say its a add-on to trigger a relay or single circuit since the wire gauge is so small

Electrolysis works ok for very mild surface rust. But after if not treated it will rust even more and faster.
Used to use a product called Kreem coat on motorcycle tanks. Its a 3 part system that lines the tank and works great. Not sure how cost effective it is on a 18 gal tank since it's costs about $40 to treat a 5gal tank.  New Buick tanks are around  $125.
The Walbro pumps you mentioned are all about the same rating. Only difference it the inlet how the sock sets up. All are good for around 500hp. Not sure what the new flavors are these days since Walbro are old school but work great.

I had a 8 track tape suitcase that had (I think) 30 tapes in it.  I loaned it to a friend going on a road trip to use in his new 1970 W30 442 with a factory 8 track.  He never made it out of NY and got rear ended by a oil truck. Totaled the car and my tapes in the trunk.    Lucky for him he walked away without a scratch.

John's Performance sold a lot of cool stuff. I got a few stainless flexible turbo oil return lines from them. He used to be in Oregon or Wash. State.   Any place that sells truck parts or good speed shop can make them up if you show them the ends you need.

Money and parts are his biggest roadblocks.  Trying to run a stage motor only drawback is keeping up a supply of parts. That can almost  be impossible on 35 year old motors less the TA blocks.  A friend of mine runs Promod  and uses Pat Musi  motors. He goes through 2 or 3 a year at $175K each but they are readily available with unlimited setups. I think Dave will be limited to a very few outings a year.

Thanks Steve, That was a typo.  Fingers and brain need a alignment.   Also back in the 1930's they had Civilian Conservation Corps paid by the Govt to build roads, parks and military bases. They also backed up the forest services. My uncle was part of it up to WW2 then got drafted. Lots of ways to use govt/tax money other then unconditional free handouts.

Putting them and others out of work on WPA projects would be a better idea.  Maybe cheaper and more results that can be seen.
