I think i have the scantool log's small enough now for load..(Nope,LOL,ok try number 3, the charm?) the joy's of conversions... lol
I'm no expert Tuner,Auto Detailer ,Yes, I set out to pay for a tune job done,an then Learn it All from there out.I Never got the chance! I was just geting the lap top running with the car an scanned this log,the combination to a T i can't recall exactly, but it dyno 610hp an 533rwhp If my Tuner screwed me so be it, i got my cash back, I just want to know the Exact Reason it'd go from Rocketship to Snail...3 different tunes, combo's,inj, chips, but all factory type ECM. My fresh build's virgin fire up's in week or two!!
My issues are solved now with XFI unit. But other's could hit the wall i did an benefit before hand,I'm all about the Car,not the people owning them...they die off but the Car Lives!
Enjoy!

you were banned because you basically hijacked another users post in the engine tech section preaching about how a stock ecm cant run over 5000 rpm or over 100mph its a grenade , then when you were advised to move it to a thead of your own you continued your rant.
had you moved and started a new thread you wouldnt be here crying or rather trying to convince  those here how you were banned for posting your opinion . you were banned because you didnt move off the thread

you're an idiot if you think 3 stock ecms failed three motors

blowing a headgasket before the 1/8th , headgaskets dont just let go they need help and if you were watching the tune they would still be there or you stop and find out why its knocking

blowing it again before the 1/8 (see above)

dropping a valve again before the 1/8th ..how does dropping a valve come back to the conclusion the stock ecm cant get it done over 5000rpm or 100mph just because you couldnt get past there.
plenty of guys running very  fast in tens and 9s with stock ecm , the tt chip makes going faster so much easier .

so you went xfi and no problems , so it was the ecm and aftermarket ecu is the only way to go fast ..really nothing else changed ??

and fyi i switched to fast not because i had isssues going fast with a stock ecm  but because other cars i was working on were equipped with fast and xfi and to work on them i needed hands on experience which i got using them on my own vehicles
i went 10.41 stock ecm and stock block not once but years of test and tune and bracket racing,  two to three nights a week, well over 600  passes
besides i change my stuff around alot trying parts out so having to go through chips was getting to be time consuming when with fast i can make the changes and head on out to the track
Right,WHATEVER, i mention, hey Guy (the thread owner) try an Aftermarket ECM, there very benifical,Then all you come out with Screw that Guy ,leave the stock one in it'll work for what ever you throw at it.....I'm attacked in ever thread on your site about aftermarket an facorty ECM when all i'm doing is suggjesting. (an not from never being there before)
Then by you all's request i was going to post the Evidence i Have!!! video's,dyno sheet's,an only scantool log i had, but have all 3 views of a pass,an the Error's in it,You ban me....Right on!!!
Three differant combo's,Three differant custom chips from Eric, two differant ECM's one facory, one Quadair mod an over 20 year Buick Specialist Dyno job equal all 3 1/8 mile wonders..all new parts, nothing used! from motor to the rear...
Went XFI an not looking back, only passing the word, Aftermarket ECM's are the wave of the Future!!!
Not just XFI
(by the way , i rather ran BigStuff3, but i could find any,This when Red went MIA...8^(...)
Enjoy!

Great Thread, Maybe someone here can explain my loss's I've had 3 different motor failures all due to trying to get a Stock type ECM to perform.  I am now also as of 9-14-12 banned from TurboBuick.com for 30days because of the same issue above i tried to express.LOL  What i was told by a person (Heavly into Engine Management)  in the 7's in the 1/4mile with Buick an company's still current an running, That there's a Factory Code in the all Stock ECM's that unchangeable an is design to make the motor go Lean on the Top End.  It's a Government/insurance/GM code   My 3 builds all had factory ECM's then a QuadAir mod. factory type, both Same effect. Eric burnt the chips, all different an specially designed for each the builds with translator plus it was professionally dynoed. (I'll save the place of the dynoing but there a "Buick Specialist" in Orlando,FL, easylie Googled) Dynoed at 610hp at the motor 533rwhp, ( i have 9" an full, larger exhuast)  Real World an Muiltipul Dyno Results where the car at just over 100mph fell over an leaned out.No Fuel issues!,Reds pump hotwired an voltboosted, inj. only at 50%,duty,it's on 93/Alky,22-23psi boost,No trans issue, All brand new billet job with artcarr3500,3:50 gear currie 9", an 28x10 et street tire.  It act's like the old speed/fuel pump cut off,But!!! It Lay's it over slower, It doesn't cut the pump an nose dive the car,It's a Fast gradual cutoff/lean out some how.  This is a video of the first motor loss, headgasket,1/8 mile mark,Ran 11.4 with 1.80 short,The Supra left on .006 light,When i hooked I smoked that Supra so hard he trapped 133mph to catch me! i hit the 100mph ECM fail like i felt on the street. This happen 2 more times, video's on my youtube channel,(watch me hang with mid 9 second prostreet mustang for 2 seconds till the 1/8...heh)  Buick GN vs Turbo Supra  I have a scantool log i tried to post here of first motor,It was to large the first time,If anyone would like it i can Email it,each file is 8mb,,I'll try an shirk it down later, It's 3 views of the same pass of a street 1/4 mile run, everything i thought was fine Then Zap, Motor's tunes Done...... Your going like bat-outa hell, then all of a sudden you can kick back an drink a cup of coffee.....  After a lawsuit ($30,000) i won from the "Specialist" for wasting 3 years me an my car's life i went to an XFI unit an the ECM fail Problem above Vanished!!!!!  2010 Buick Grandnational Dyno Runs!!!  I wish i had a dyno sheet, but my luck, Titain's computer was down that day,I didn't care, I had Cal Hartline tune it anyway, just 17psi boost. Notice, no over 100mph Cut off!! we Even made a mistake of leaving the parking brake on in the Car,on the last run, No Motor Damage!!!  Thanks, Bozo

Um... okay. But, why are you plugging your car in my thread? I mean there is a certain irony in this given I created this thread to avoid doing the same to others... but, still I find it a little odd. And believe it or not I am well aware of your car and the "money spent". I am just not sure if in this dick measuring contest I want to pull mine all the way out or not?  :chin:

Just passing on some useful info for later in your build, But that's cool,I'm gone

I guess it is a good thing I am not making 600hp yet. 425 if I am lucky.
I must missed something,i read the first post about your build,Less the i guess bonestock motor an 3:08's,everything else you have should of put you in low 11's...60's series turbo an 83lbsr's on Alky an the rest the additive's an only 12's? With Bonestock motor, still under dealer factory warrenty, i bolted on one 150hp NOS kit an ran 11.99@119 with tall L60 McCeary's,stock chip,19-20psi on NOS. With all your mods an money spent,an aftermarket ECM good investment (only about $3000 an plug right in, in less then hour!) ,Love you ride by the way, in the cornering photo's it's Tight, no slag..
Enjoy!

I agree they refuse to think about any other possiable cuase's then Fuel an Trans. an Tune issues, I know where there coming from,I spent $30,000 to find out,I know you can add things to help tune the stock box,But it's Funny how the people complaining on what i'm trying to relay, All switched over to A Aftermarket ECM in there Sig. yet harp to others, no stay stock... now i'm banned,When i'm allowed back, i'm tell'm to just F. O.
