Tires and wheels were dropped off this afternoon, I should have them back on Monday.

Managed to scrape together a few hours to install the QTP cutout; took the power and ground from one of the accessory ports below the radio. Also managed to make the huge switch assembly fit in the centre console... what a PITA. Regardless there is now one less reason to crawl under the truck while on Drag Week (I hope).
I also had to readjust the y-pipe off the headers because the exhaust was sagging (and resting on the trans crossmember), which pulled the ball flanges out of alignment. While I was in there I quickly fabbed up little pedestal with an rubber isolater to help keep the merge from sitting on the trans crossmember.

I will put a vid up shortly (later today?), I'd like to do it outside because inside the garage it is just offensively noisy (but, isn't that the point?).
Since we are on the subject of multimedia - I created an Instagram account to use during the trip for quick updates, since posting pics on multiple forums will kill my data plan (time permitting I will make updates at the hotel using WiFi).
Once things get rolling around 9 Sep you'll see more updates here:

Picked up wheels, mounted wheels. Realized that we are going to need a trailer to carry the wheels... FML.
It is going to be interesting to see how much quicker this thing accelerates with tires that are 4" shorter.

Why is it every time I shoot a video for this truck I have a head cold?

Thanks; but, I want to lower it 2" with the new tires/wheels being so short.

I have been considering slamming the truck and autocrossing it. I will likely be building a LSD front diff for it this Winter, after that it just needs coilovers and shortened front CV joints. It is just money, right?
