Unfortunately, I think this wg actuator i bought is no good.  I put the "Y" piece back on, and the car spikes to maybe 13 lbs, then fall back down to 11-12.  Def not the 15 i was hoping to get.  I think I'll shorten it to the max and see what happens.

yes, it sounds bad to me assuming you don/t have a big exhaust leak before the turbo
