I converted to vacuum a few years back and haven't regretted it for a moment.

We were replacing Powermaster crap annually, and the vacuum conversion completely eliminated THAT problem.

We got out setup at MP Brakes complete for under $400.  We don't have any junk yards nearby, so this was the best way to go for us.

used to pass without a cat. Well, I had a cat, but it as hollowed out, and I had to do a bunch of other shit. Emissions PROM, RXP, etc. PIA

Mine used to pass the sniffer test in Nevada with a hollow cat.

I guess it depends on the state, but its worth trying, if you're not afraid of getting caught.

Geez...I wish I got 23-25 on the highway in my GN.

After my Dad passed away in '06, and drove the car home from Vegas to LA mostly stick, with only a hollow cat and a Kenne Bell "ram air", I got 31 MPG.

After putting in a real fuelp pump and doing the basic upgrades, I now get 19 or so in 99% highway driving.

Sucks.

Another vote for the AlkyControl system.

I bought my setup from Julio 4 years ago, and had to call him this morning to troubleshoot a minor issue.  He walked me through it as I was under the car, and got me pointed in the right direction.

It's not JUST the quality of the product (which is outstanding), it's the service.  And for that Julio is second-to-none.
