Here are some pictures of my son and his first win this year. Keep in mind he has only been doing this for about 2 months (8 races or so). He's been close many times but finally got it. He is killer on his lights. Many 007's and the worst was an 040. When he reds, he normally gets -002 or -009. Not bad for first year. Id like to thank the Porta Tree for that.

He blew the motor on this winning pass, so we need to rebuild and get back to the track next saturday. Hopefully he can end this year with a few more trophys. He also ended the year 5th in points for his class, in the points series.

OH well, just wanted to share.

I got the picture yesterday. The guy doesn't deserve that car. I wish I would have known where it was, I would have stole it! He wouldn't have known for atleast a year!:hammer:  Who doesn't check on a car of that magnitude  at least once a month?

I can't think of any right now, but I will.
I can tell you something ironic though.
If you look at a New Hampshire state quarter or
an older 25cent postage stamp, they dipict an image
known as "the old man of the mountain". This was a popular
landmark up here until a few years ago when it collapsed.
I also belive that it was the only quarter ever produced with two heads.

I knew about the face but didn't realize that it had collapsed. Did you atleast get to see it before it did?

Well, from what I have read, your response on the Joke of your State should be good! :supz:  Hopefully when I get back from the track you'll have posted it. That way if things go bad at the track, I'll have a good laugh waiting!

This state sucks!!!  Just got back from the track,my son was in the finals and it starts to poor down rain. It was a complete rain out! This would have been the first trophy he would have ever won! I hate PA!!

Ain't that the truth. For Mothers Day my son had son" Mothersday Tea " thing at school and they made the moms place mats. My son drew me in my GN staged against a Mustang at the tree. Should have heard me explain that one to the moms. Then they wrote a poem about their moms. Mine goes like this:

Beautiful, Loving, Nice
Mom
Plays, Races, Drives Fast

As Sweet As Ice Cream

The other kids wrote about cooking( I do cook well ) and driving to soccer and baseball and stuff. We know whats important in this house! :supz: Theres allot of rich snobs in our school district and the school sports are so political. They always ask why I don't sign my kids up for the school sports. My reply" The lights at the track don't lie and you cant cheat the light. My kids and I have a blast together and they are learning all the subjects from school at once, math , science, reading,etc. Plus they will be better drivers in the long run!"
