Fired up the engine in my 87' WE4 today ! ! !
Have to give thanks to Steve Wood for his help during this adventure!
Everything went smooth, but for some reason I had to use a jumper wire to the fuel hot wire to get the fuel pump to turn on. Idled it up to 2000rpm for 5 minutes, then 2500 for 10 minutes, then 2800 for another 10 minutes, then 1800 for another 10. Going to the store to get new pf52 and some new dino 10-30 for it now.
Will check the relay tonight, when it's cooler outside, have already replaced the oil pressure switch. ~~~~~~ Guess I should check the fuses also.
It was a fuse! Glad to hear it running again ! ! !
