I'll try to get a pic tomorrow of the other 4 pistons.
I know they are GM & 99% sure they came from that stock longblock project I had bored out to 5 thous over for my CP pistons. Very curious to see what his look like??

I'm trying to attach a pic of what I have.  All of my pistons have a dimple in the center area and no notches on the side like the one you sent.  It's not a big deal, I already have a guy sending me some that should arrive by the end of the week.  The one you sent said made in Canada.  Maybe they are different than the US ones.

a side shot of the one from Canada.  They are actually different in height and weight.  The ring gaps appear to be in the same place though and so does the location of the shaft.

David's is not a stock GN piston.  I think all were the same no matter where the car came from

Here is the stock piston   http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/pictureguides/pistonguide/38turbopiston.html

It almost looks like a stock 4.1 piston.

I don't recall what a 4.1 looks like but it does look like those in your pic!

4.1's are the top two. Federal Mogul hyper on top and stock under it.

Note the hollow cavity under the wrist pin bore.

WOW?? Dazed & Confused Now!
I had a 4.1 shortblock but it was a separate pile & rods were never removed.
Had a NA but no pistons came with it that I remember?
I'm still pretty sure those came from either of the 2 stock 87 long blocks I used to have??
The pistons are off the rods because I used the rods on JE Pistons.
Then when I did the last build I used new rods so that accounts for the spare rods I have with those pistons.
The pictures prove me wrong but then How did Charles use the one I sent him 1-2 years ago?? Unless he never did but didn't tell me?? I know he had a tight budget back then.
Either way I'm happy you got another one coming.
Maybe one day when I get some interest I'll measure the one I sent.
