well for an update on this problem i got a new chip from Eric at Turbo Tweak and the problem still happened.  So i said screw it and bought a new ECM and now everything is fine.  its running a little rich though ill have to fix that.

yeah you should hear it.  3 inch pipe no cat no muffler no nothing.  sounds like a stock car with a whistling problem.  I like it.
