While my car is being a PITA

I have a very reliable supplier for my PM and was told they would take care of it. Makes my day. Just leaves the question: am I gonna have to replace it every 2-3 years when I don't even drive it on the street? I want reliability. I friggin wrench all week, I don't wantto mess with something that can ruin my weekend. It seems that a vacuum setup is just more simple and reliable. I've been over the rest of the system and it is most def. the MC.

I don't understand myself ( ooo- sounds Freudian)
My GN has the original PM- works great -one switch +one accum.

The PM in my other thread is about 5-7 yrs? old NEW GM I'm let to believe.
(motor has not been repainted).  Believe the MC is at fault too. It cycles

Some go 20yrs+ while the others are in a 5 year R&R cycle?  Mystifying.

Much about this software is not how you (I) expect it to work.
Start typing in Quick Reply and hitting Preview at least gets you access to the smilies etc.

I will work on getting the mod working that will show smileys, formatting, etc.

The only way to get the smileys/etc above is to use the REPLY button, until I get the mod installed.

Embarassing brain fart, wrong supplier. Anyway, I was wrestling w/switching to vacuum anyway and decided to go with it. New master cylinder and a rebuilt booster = 150 bucks. Need a vacuum block, plus one of our MAGNA guys has a used brake pedal. Dave, I don't know bout selling the PM yet. It might go on the shelf with all the other stuff I'm hoarding if I ever decide to stop racing and drive it on the street 2 days outa the year like my 442.

So I was thinking, Steve doesn't think the 442 pedal is gonna work. Great, more stress.
