stop and back off a pound of boost when you start seeing timing retard.... :)  With that front mount IC, I would think you could run 16-17 with low timing and 93 octane.  What did you have in the tank when you were running 20 psi?

Charlie is the resident hot air expert...cars, or otherwise, perhaps he will give you some average levels when things are working properly from a conversion perspective.

Steve I have converted to 87 setup and have been running 20 psi for awhile now, i was just wondering how much can i get out of the t33, I thought that i was limited on the tt chip to 20psi but i sent Eric an e-mail and he said to go up untill i start seeing knock and maybe add fuel @wot

If that was on 93, that is very good.  Eric is right.   As I said, turn it up til you start to see a little timing retard and back off.  Looks like you have made a lot of progress with the car :)

Norbs has turned a stock turbo to 30 PSI...but it ate itself.

Has he broken the 12's yet?

Not sure if he would join. I think he hates me - I was pretty hard on him way back on IRC. :)

To be fair, I wasn't the only one that always gave him a rash of shit, though.

22 PSI is about as far as you're gonna push a stock turbo. PL or DS would tell you how close you are to the limit with the 38's.

Norbs doesn't hate anyone. Most don't know it...but he tunes some of the fastest cars in Toronto...and is constantly bombarded with PM's on TB.com to set up XFI on members cars in the States. This site is growing...and we could used his expertise. Norbs and Steve both worked behind the scenes with me last summer for the fine tuning to get that 121 MPH time slip I cranked out. I'll get him to sign up...just need some time...he's stubborn.

Tell him if he does sign up, he gets 2 hours alone with Nasty Wendy or Zap - his choice.
