For future reference:

Lepizzle: Ooh... What jail is he in? *licks lips*

Ttype83: thread started

DCEPTCN: Will do, Jim.....I think I saw something like this coming....that is, if it's what I think.

Ttype83: He's not in jail and not at "home" call me I'll tell you what my mom said

87natty: Good idea, cut and paste time. This reminds me of the "What will Supersix steal next?" thread.

sun dog: This needs moved to a thread so he can catch up.

sun dog: He'll whistle a tune when the wind blows.

DCEPTCN: Tyrese and Lysol will break him in nice and gentle-like, I'm sure.
sun dog: Tossed salad special all week at the Clark county buffet.

Top Speed: Fresh meat!!

DCEPTCN: Oh no........I know exactly where they'll be stickin' their "Phils".

87natty: Think they wrote "I Work for Ford" on his chest?

DCEPTCN: New fish. Poor guy.

Top Speed: Damn jailbate!! lol

DCEPTCN: My money says he's in jail. lol

DCEPTCN: I deserve more details on the Robert situation.

Recklessrob: Unfortunately, the only number that I have to reach him, is his cell.

87natty: Maybe Jay had him whacked?

Recklessrob: Hopefully  Be4u will be back online soon.

I think I have an idea whats going on. This is going to make the vid I'm
making sort of strange for Robert, but I don't want to change history either. :confused;

I once had a psychotic bitch of a girlfriend who could not be appeased and really needed to get her ass to a psychiatrist before she ruined her kids' lives.....

...not sure why I mentioned that.

:rofl; I think most of us can say that we had one of those in our lives....
It's KNOWING when to "DUMP THE BITCH" and move on. I would 1. Move my shit out when she wasn't there. 2. Call up a friends mom or friend (that owned a trans shop) that lived by me and see if I could store some shit and/or crash there for awhile  3. change my cell number :yawinkle:

He had talked about breakin' off that relationship for
a while. Maybe this was the way out he needed. I
really hope that it works for him.

Go ahead, I deserve it. I thought I could get out and stay out but its a ruff world out there. I had to retreat. Right now I'm not making enough to make it on my own. Shes promised to change...it's been 3-4 days alls good. We'll see if it lasts. I wish y'all would move out here to Vegas with me. Whenever I'm down I think about the move from Biloxi to Vegas...that was a great time topped off with the get-together.
Title: Re: Robert is not at "home"
Post by: DCEPTCN on December 22 2005, 03:15:29 PM
This is merely more evidence that we need to throw an interim get-together......well, together. As long as I have 5 or 6 weeks to plan it, I can usually make it anywhere for the opportunity to tip 'em with my boys.

You do know it's our responsibility to bust your balls. Anyway, it's good to see you back, first of all. Second of all, keep thinking about and planning your exit plan. How's work?
Title: Re: Robert is not at "home"
Post by: Be4u on December 22 2005, 05:25:01 PM
Work. Thats part two of the messed up shit.

Wynn is great! Love it. Wouldnt mind being as dedicated as I was at the BeAu. The shift manager (who, from now on will be known as Greg) has nothing but great things to say about me. "instant asset" is the best quote. I'm totally open with him telling him everything about whats going on with my job/s. He's totally cool with letting me call Monte Carlo to set up my orientation while my phone was off...from his office...durin g my work time. I didnt ask, he told me that if I need to call them to use the phone now, not later. He's understanding and supportive. More on this in a minute.

Wynn gave all his employees a christmas present. Not like MGM...they give you duffel bags or mardi-gras chairs for christmas. Wynn gave us an MP3 player that holds 90 songs. Pretty fuckin' sweet!

When I got the job at Wynn, I thought I'd make $12 per hour and $250 a week in tips. That plan backfired. I make $14 and nearly zip in tips. Booth cashiers arnt a part of the tip pool. That means I'm making 20K less a year working full time. I built my life around making 45-50K a year working part time and now I'm living in a more expensive city and driving ALOT farther to get to work. I didnt expect to make what I made in Biloxi BUT I didnt expect to make so little. Hence the other job.

Now, the other job(after this brief interlude)... I was a well liked, well informed, well known employee at the Beau. The chiefs told me many times that whenever I want full time to let them know. That doesnt happen. You dont have that option...but I did. The chiefs of the table games department thought highly of me because I didnt play games at work. They didnt have to watch me cause they knew if I messed up that I'd let them know and wouldnt just take it upon myself to fix the problem. Thats one of the major rules in table games...Dont fix your mistakes! Call a supervisor over and let him fix them. I was awsome with guests too. The chiefs used to compliment me on how well I treated the guests. I definatly went above and beyond. I remember pushing an old guy in a wheel chair through the whole casino...after I got off work. I was clocked out....not far from my car and the guy was looking for the elevators to his room. Someone gave him wrong directions or he got lost and ended up by the parking ramp elevators. I pushed his ass (with a smile) to the room elevators. Thats the type of employee I am. If a guest askes a question, and I'm able, I'll walk them to where they need to go....not point in a direction. Wheather I'm off work or on break, you get my best service! I feel like I'm the employee that every employer wants. I'm valuable. Like Greg said...."instant asset".

Now Monte Carlo....I've never been the brown-noseing type. IMHO, is a positive way to be at work. My lack of getting "juice" has caused me to get a job at MGM's worst property. The dealers get paid shit. Monte Carlo doesnt know what they've aquired. The chick at the Bellagio doesnt know my work history so she sent me to the Carlo. Yeah, she can look at my file and see a great work history but thats it.

Today I called Greg and asked him if in the future he could help me get into the table games at the Wynn. He said he will but not untill after the holidays. I told him that I wanted to prove myself and work for him for a while because he gave me a shot. I dont just want to up and leave him. I wouldnt feel right. Like I used him or something. (that paragraph sounded gay).

Today I called and left a messege for the Director of table games at the Beau to call me. I need to get into contact with the cheifs that think highly of me. I need to use them for references. I cant keep trying on my own. Of corse I could go in and toot my own horn but I hate doing that and how would they believe me anyways? I need to get the "juice" as bad as I dont want to I cant keep trying to do things by myself.

Thanks for reading my rant :prayer:

Not the shit thats going on right now. Thats why I havent been on much. Who wants to keep hearing about my bullshit? I appreciate y'all letting me turn to you for support.  :prayer:

Thanks Cruzn. You definatly know how to make a guy feel better. One thing I learned a long time ago. If you want to make it you have to be a star employee. I try my best. It does pay off. The dealers at the Wynn are the best paid in Vegas. Thats me goal. A star is what they'll get.

So, how do you like your job?

Oh fuck yeah Natty! Y'all mean alot to me. I just wish we could all be together. Some of ya havent met. I've been lucky to have met all of ya. Thats the greatest thing to me. Forget everything else. Y'all are #1. I CANNOT wait for us all to get together!

You may wonder why I feel the way I feel about y'all. 8 or so years ago I abandoned my "boys". I had to. Long story and I'm willing to share privatly. Over the years it has killed my soul. I lost my smile, my personality, who I am. Y'all bring it back. I'm not kidding.

Jim, lol, I asked Len not to say anything. I told him that if y'all knew I retreated that y'all would kick my ass. LoL. Everything is just rough right now. I think I'm loseing it. Who in their right mind works two (basically) full time jobs? I talked to the schedualer at the Carlo tonight. I told him that my priority was at the Wynn and gave him my schedual. He said that it isnt a problem and he would work around my schedual at the Wynn. Nexy week, 6 days Wynn(for sure), 4 days Carlo(unverified untill I see my actual schedual).

I worked the Carlo tonight till 4am. I have to be at the Wynn at 10:30. I was going to crash in my car for a few hours instead of driving home to Bannanas. I forgot my frickin' alarm clock. The Carlo is just up the strip to Wynn. Driving home takes about 45 minutes and a mix of 92 octaine and 100. About a $50 fillup, probably a 1/4 tank round trip. Wynn is only 5 minutes away from the Carlo.

Ok, fine, 40 minutes. Traffic is a bitch out here and I try not to be the zippy road racer. There are accidents all over and that backs up traffic bad. Yesterday I had to turn around on Nellis and backtrack to Sahara...accid ent had traffic stopped.

I used to drive through ATL about 5-6 years ago. Almost every weekend. IMHO, ATL is the worst. Chicago, Milwaukee, Vegas, Jacksonville, Nashville aint got nothin on ATL. Maybe Memphis would be a close second?
