Title: Scan Tools - Readings and Use
Post by: Steve Wood on June 29 2009, 11:01:11 AM
I am working on a page detailing how to use a scan tool....as usual, this is not short.  I like words even if I don't like Zap and Sylvan.

If you want to know what numbers you should see and nothing else, this ain't for you :)

I would appreciate any comments regarding errors, or something that should be said.

It looks to be very thorough but I will read through it.

I had always wished that the paper that comes with the Scanmaster gave information about where your numbers should be and perhaps even why rather than just the range. I believe that once my car actually runs this will likely be printed and kept in the console.

If you can find a copy (online) of the papers that came with the turbolink, they did a good job of explaining where everything should be (and why).

It would be a decent adjunct to Strawwoods stuff.
