thankfully I don't know any of her political views cause it would probably ruin it for me with a couple of good films she was in. "giant" being one of them.
I always thought it was cool she was married to Richard Burton. there just isn't actors like him anymore.
her relationship with mjackson was always kinda strange, but I think she just felt sorry for the dope

i've came across a really really nice older couple owned mid mile 05 park avenue ultra. i've been using a 04 lesabre with the na 3800 for the last 7 years as my dd and its been 100% problem free except for the intake gasket recall thing i fixed at about 130,000. I'm at 178,000 now and still runs like new. but i'm needing front struts, front hubs, new tires, a rock just busted my windshield, and i'm also feeling a light pop sometimes when i turn the wheel (i suspect my rack and pinion). also gonna need new tires in the next 10,000 miles.
rather than put more money into it, even though the cars worth it...i'm do for something differant.
anybody know anything about the supercharged 3800's? i suspect i'll have to do a intake and gasket change on this one too eventually? anything else?

never have been able to figure out if i like jesse ventura or not. from what little i know about him... so far, i don't like the guy.
just like anybody else, i've always been interested in the whole mess surrounding jfk's assanation. i've never tried to look too much into it though cause there just seems to always be too many theories and very little hard facts, plus, everybody's bs thrown into it. i've watched a few documentries, but never any movies on it, certainly never watched the movie made by that oliver stone idiot.
i had never seen jesse's conspiracy theories tv show, but i caught the entire episode yesterday concerning the jfk assanation, and i must admit, i agree with jesse, the whole single person involvement (lee harvey oswald), just doesn't add up... pretty much any way you look at it.
at this point in history though, i would highly recomend that particular episode though. i learned alot i didn't know, like the first gw's involvement, nixon, how so many people from that era are still trying to be hush hush,...etc....

i thought this might be interesting to do. who knows, could be lame.
the other day i went out in the garage with a beer and sat down looking at my gn and thought, "geez, i don't think theres a single bolt i haven't turned on this entire car. and i can probably be handed any bolt from these cars and tell you where it goes. but theres certainly still alot i don't know about these cars i love. so how about some of the more unusual facts or figures alot of the rest of us may not know.
i'll start.
did you know the stock ecm is the same ecm as some of the fwd gm cars. if i recall correctly... was it the 86 3800's?
did you also know that our stock ecm will recognize a input from a power steering sensor on the rack and pinion fwd's? i "think" its to bump the idle when the pump takes power from the engine?
correct me if i'm wrong.
another one i find amazing and aggrivating at the same time, is that our cars use a mixture of both metric and english bolts and nuts through-out its assembly. therefore requiring both ranges of sockets and wrenches when working on it
anybody got anything?

settle a argument.
i'm talking bang for buck on typical stock drive train car with just minor bolt-ons. running pump gas on the street.
a ta-49 new, can be pretty expensive depending on who you buy from. but a smart buyer can usually grab one that needs to be redone for $200-$300, and have it gone through for around $200, depending if wheels need to be replaced, of course.
for a direct bolt on, you can't come anywhere near beating that for price, correct?
is there anything else out there that can compare?

hi, i am tb3 and i just signed up. i have 2 grand nationals and i hate them both. i posted alot at tbs.com, but it has been bought up by a generic corporate forum gobbler, and its not the ads galore that would annoy me,... but all the other car forums they have taken over seem to be censored heavy. i'm ready to do some damage here
