So I was considering going to E85 which will require me to upgrade my fuel pump. The logical choice would be the DW300. I don't like charish the thought of dropping the tank. I do have a walbro 255l pump in it now. Was thinking that maybe a better (easier) option might be a boost a pump. Any thoughts or opinions on going this route. I know I'll need injectors and a chip too. Just trying to get out of dropping the tank if I don't have to.

Leaning an engine out is way worse than dropping a tank for a pump swap.

don't know how much fuel it will take. I would prefer a DW pump. The KB controller will certainly give more fuel, but, Personally, I would rather be able to supply it with a simple pump.

Go with the 300 pump. A bigger pump will overwhelm the return line. You'll need a matching E85 chip from Eric. Pump change is a 2 beer job.

If you don't wanna drop the tank then I have vids on how to change head gaskets.

Minimum 120s and a 450lph or a Hellcat 525 pump and teflon line kit.
