I'm kind of digging the paint job on this car - how expensive is this paint? What extra steps are needed (if any ) to prep?

As usual, I was before my time. This was my 78 Regal back in 1992.

Unfortunately, this is how that car ended. Being a 78 and it only had 75k miles in 1992.

While I think we can all appreciate a murdered car, I prefer the usual gloss look because the satin/suede always looks like oxidation at first glance.

I was trying to convince my son to do a negative paint job on the challenger.  Everything that was originally flat black...paint in color, and everything that was originally color, paint flat black....

immaterial as we are going to paint it a green

so the flat black - hood-stripes-rear end- would be painted green and the rest of the car would now be black
