unhooked wire
« on: August 11 2013, 11:10:28 AM »
Hey guys

I was moving my sending unit for my temp gauge because I had it in the wrong spot and I'd disconnected a few wires to get in there easier.   I found after i was done I had one left over that I couldn't for the life of me figure out where it plugs in.   Any idea's what it is for and where it goes?   It's the single red wire.

thank you.

phone repair guys have a ton of coloured and branded zip ties for tagging stuff and was given some.   Usually I tag stuff if I start pulling things apart.  I'd forgotten to tag that one.

got a ton of those zip ties here at my job. use them for labeling the different pairs within each cable.  1-26, 27-52, etc etc....

they're nice.  I have a fairly large kit that was given to me.   Used to use them to mark out hydraulic lines when pulling a bunch out.
