I talked to the lady at the dragway and she said we can use the track on friday for test and tune. She'll only have a couple employees available to work so she said 5 cars MAX! That kinda sucks in two ways. First, it's on friday from about 12-5pm...I dont know who will be in town to partake, secondly, only 5 cars, maybe more will want to partake?

Thats all the details I have so far for the dragway...were playing email tag.

No, not right now. I'm figuring That I can get two cars to come. Mine and Pauls. KMA may be interested too. If more than 5 cars want to be there maybe we could talk them into letting us help them help us.

Theres still about 7 months befor CTC...we got time. We'll have a couple full days, friday and Sat. Fri early we can go to the dragway (still pending), afternoon drive to the hot spots and look at the cars, nightime cruise with all the other cars (it's bumper to bumper for a couple miles), followed by hitting a casino for drinks and fun. Sat is wide open, cruise to the hot spots, and continue where we left off on fri (cruising)

If nobody else wants to hit the strip I''m ALWAYS game for that.  PS Like Be4u said by 5pm on Saturday plan on being parked...last year it took about an hour to travel 2 miles, thats how bad the traffic is.  Find a good place to park near a stoplite and enjoy the show!!       I may even bring the wife this year...though she will be at the outlet malls as she could care less about the cars and the gambling. :jerkit;

I remember Richard (aka sinistrv6) showed me that vid, the wonder wheelie was his favorite part.

Did you notice how the cop was making the s-10 pull up on the curb. Think he was trying to be a dick and mess up the guys ground effects?

Cops kinda enforce the law till it comes to sat night...then all hell breaks loose. I remember one year, I reved the engine right next to a cop, he looked at me and shook his finger. I continued to play around and suddenly the tires broke loose...luckil y for me he must have been hard of hearing because he didnt do anything about the chirp.

My GN only chirps when hitting 2nd. Other than that, the tires only
make a "zzzzz" noise. Its almost quiet, then all of a sudden you're surrounded in smoke. It's cool like that.
