FINALLY.

The closing is Monday - all is in place. Insurance, financing, survey is done, inspections are done. It is a done deal.

Congrats on the new house. I'm still trying to get one. This past week has been a roller coaster as far as housing goes. I went to put an offer on one Friday morning that I looked at on Thursday night, only to find out that it went under agreement while I was looking at it. Then later Friday morning my realtor got a call about another house that I had looked at. There were 5 other viewings, and two of them resulted in identical offers to mine. They wanted to know if I was willing to pay more.
I'm sure they asked the other people the same question.

And S6 is absolutely right. - There are alot of shitholes on the market.
Its amazing how some people will let things go.

How out-of-place do you think he'll look marching his trashy ass out the front door of that beautiful home? It's gorgeous- not to mention there's more money in landscaping there than I could guesstimate. I hope he gets the Swine Flu.
