Caspers Headlight Brightener Question

Ordering some stuff from John tomorrow...and was looking at their headlight brightener as well. Has anyone installed this...and was there a noticeable improvement?

Is this the hotwire harness you are looking at?  If so, I felt that it was noticeable.

Its a track only car now- add HID's and light-em up.
