I like Empornium because it's the fastest, but you have to maintain a good upload/dl ratio. I leave Azureus on during the day, and Brighthouse doesn't care about the bandwidth I use. I cap my total upload speed at 15k/sec, doesn't affect my browsing/surfing speed.
