All have been ordered by me! :supz:
-
Positive Karma for you!!!!
So, who's got the biggest Buckethead collection, you or Sylvan?
-
Oh damn.
-
I currently have 16 discs with 23 more on the way. 13 of the 23 is that 13 disc set.
-
Your fuckin' nuts
-
wow
-
Your fuckin' nuts
While true, my general sanity has little to do with my CD collection.
-
Sylvan may be forced to *gasp* burn a couple discs off you Greg.

No, don't get Sylvan and Lars all riled up.
:rofl;
-
Racer X is the only person I know with a gasoline powered CD player. He says the electric one is too slow.
Just more fodder for the insanity defense. :yawinkle:
-
I'm sayin' "OCD, yes:Imsane, no". :rofl;
-
To ride with RX is to understand his insanity
-
Yes, I understand it well.
-
Which CDs do "Soothsayer" and "Nottingham Lace" come from ?
-
Soothsayer is on Crime Slunk Scene (tour only)
Notingham Lace is on Enter the Chicken.
I am running out of possible passengers on the Train of Consequences.
Racer (drives close to other cars) X

I have also converted all my CDs to mp3 format and have three gas powered mp3 players that get about two songs per the gallon! :D
Now if I could only convert all my LPs into mp3 format, there is some rare shit in there! :supz: :finga:
-
I just ordered "Electric Tears" and "Elephant Mans Alarm Clock".
They didn't have "Enter the Chicken" listed, and "Crime Slunk Scene" is
on a waiting list until they have 100 units pre-paid on order. They're currently at 48.
-
You should be able to get Enter the Chicken at any record store, same with Electric Tears. Both are excellent!
-
Crime Slunk Scene has a couple of other bad ass songs too!
-
Sylvan may be forced to *gasp* burn a couple discs off you Greg.
I'd rather get tea-bagged by John Merrick, thank you very much.
Perhaps a 'Battle Of The Fans' thread is in order? I've got a crown jewel that no one can compete with!
-
I remember you showing me but I forgot what it was.
-
He showed you his crown jewel?
-
*shakes head*
Robert is SUCH a meat gazer.
-
He said "JEWEL" (singular) and if he would have showed me what y'all are talking about he would have no jewels.
And ummmmm Brian....your making a trip to Sylvanville soon...I expect him to show you his jewel too. MUA HAHAHA!!!!!
-
Oh geez. He better have firearms out there. We can put KISS CD's on a skeet trap.
-
Robert, even you never saw the most significant piece in my collection. I will soon commence a massive photo session and crush all Johnny-Come-Lately B fans. :evil;

Enter The Chicken is on Serj Tankian's label Serjical Strike, so you can find that disc ANYWHERE. Electric Tears is the most beautiful music ever made....period . I only listen to it like once a year. Seriously. And 'Elephant...' is in my top 5 B albums of all time. Just my opinion.
-
P.S. You should have seen Soothsayer live at the HOB. I threw up in my mouth a little. People were just fucking hypnotized.
Except Phil, he was trying his damnedest to remember why in the fuck he thought Jimmy Page was worth a damn.
-
Are you sure Sylvan? I remember you showing me something on the wall that you were hella proud of...hanging by the door.

THAT deserves a shot of Jager.

I autographed his guitar.

There wasn't DNA in it, or on it right?
-

Ick ! :vom:
-
lol, nasty
-
Robert is talking about the B-style kabuki mask I have. Still not the grandest in the collection. I'll try to get a picture of what makes me the best B fan ever in the next few days.
Oh, and Brian- whatever firebarker you want I can get. Perhaps this time you'll illustrate a doll with a gay little star on it's eye, lol.
-
My Sharpies are always loaded.
-
Email I received today:
Hi Greg,
Your order is going out today. However we are out of stock on Bucketheadland 2 and Diembodied.
Sorry for the inconvenience, your credit cart has been credited back.

...Still not the grandest in the collection. ...
*This* could be the Grandest in the collection!
In Search Of The is a set of 13 albums by Buckethead, released on February 21st, 2007. While not much is known about this collection, it has been confirmed that there are a total of thirteen albums that have each been personally numbered and monogrammed by Buckethead himself.[1]
According to Travis Dickerson;
-
Still waiting for a review on that one, yo.
-
Whoa, that sounds pretty cool RX.
-
Okay, the box came in yesterday. So far I have listened to a few tracks off of a few discs from the 13 disc set called "In Search Of The" and it's literally 13 discs of about 6-8 tunes each of pure shredding. Some of the tunes are 14 minutes of constant shredding! COOL!
"Pepper's Ghost" is a 10 out of 10. Great disc andf anyone not in possesion thereof is simply not cool. This disc would be a good one for someone looking to start a Buckethead collection.
I will get a better review of "In Search Of The" once I have heard it all. I am currently ripping them to my mp3 player so I can listen at work.

I wasn't exactly sure what the 13 disc set was. I thought it was a collection of all the currently released discs. Sounds bitchin'
-
Oh damn! It's like Christmas! I KNEW I shouldn't have thrown out the tree.
-
"In Search Of The" is basically a bunch of fricken jams that pretty much cook! Good purchase.
-
For the uninspired, I have uploaded a song from Pepper's Ghost into the mp3 player.
The song is Magua's Scalp, Click Here: http://www.ihadav8.com/phpBB2/music_page.php?song_id=61
-
I was hopeing you would do that but I didnt want to ask. Thanks!!!
-

Yeah? Better than shopping at the same store as Buckethead? :rofl; :finga:
-
Rubbing it in huh? :rofl;
-
That's it, I'm getting my fucking camera....
-
I got the Young Buckethead DVD at *the* store, fully knowing that Buckethead himself probably stocked the item. I have seen the first disc and the guy was a witch when he was 22.
There is a scene in there where he is playing in his backyard for his family and friends.... he fucking RIPS! Anyone not owning this DVD is simply not cool...
-
I didnt like any of the songs on Peppers Ghost...Magua's Scalp is kinda ok but nothing really COOL is on the disk.
-
Whats up with volume 10 track 7 on the "in search of" cd's?
-

Robert, go fuck your tackle box for a while....I can't stop listening to this CD.
-
Boy, you really do have bad hearing.

Kinda like when everybody found out that Charlie was John Forsythe ?
I say we make a pact to keep Buckethead's identity as secret as possible so
that others may enjoy the annominity aspect. :prayer:
-
Greg, what kind of fan are you?! Take that picture down immediately... ..and had you warned me, I wouldn't have looked. :mad;
