Normally, it would seem the relay is no good but? Both fuses are good....

Is there a hot wire to the pump on the car?

Okay, when the connector is off the relay, you should be able to jump the  connector with a paper clip or wire, and the pump should run.  Does it? (pink/black to gray)

Me either...my next suggestion would have to start it with the jumper in place and then check the green/white wire to see if it still had power on it with it running...

good you solved it!  We may all have to suck it up and go to aftermarket if the factory ecms get too flaky

I was going to mention that!  I had the same issue and would jumper the pump to get home from the track or where ever it would stall.  Putting in a new ECM fixed that for me.
