Title: No Brakes!
Post by: Forzfed on July 09 2017, 11:56:42 PM
So my brakes went on my low milage car but I knew it was the pressure switch so I took it off my other car.  My question is where can I get a new pressure switch from?  Or do I have to go through someone like Kirban?

Get ready for sticker shock. It's be cheaper to convert to vac brakes.

I see Kirban is asking $105.  But can you get them from a parts supplier?

Call up the parts houses in the Peg and ask if they stock them.

I'm doing that now.  Sunday night no one was open.  I phoned a GM dealer and they wanted $300, so I can probably get it for $200! :O

Found one from a parts supplier and they wanted $270!  So in the end I ordered 2 from Highway Stars, cheaper than Kirban and way better customer service!

Glen has always treated me like gold when ordering from him.
