What would be a good size tire for a stock wheel/stock height car. I will have 275/60-15 Mickey Thompson in the rear. I really don't care about matching front and rear brands. 50/50 street/strip. Not looking to spend booku money. Thanks in advance.
Sent while curing depression with boost.

Stock 15x7s? 215/65R15.

I've found a thinner tire will push through the beams fairly easy. I run a 235/60/15 on the front.

If you want to try the thinnest of thin, try my 165/80R15's rims and tires. Doesn't meet your requirements of stock rims though. They are yours to borrow if you want.

I use a 215/70-15, as I couldnt find a 215/75-15 in stock anywhere when I was needing a pair. I have a hydroboost and don't have too much trouble with 5-7 psi launches. If you need more I think you need a trans brake.
Oh, they are on a stock T wheel. Even I'd d kirban doesn't like the look I think they are cool. Throw back to the Dukes of Hazzard Charger wheels I guess.
