Use what they recommend. I think it'll cross to a SBC spring though.

I'm more comfortable with 80# springs, as these motors don't wind out to high anyways. Some (like Rob) like the 100# springs. Lobe wiping depends on a lot of factors, but I think if you were using the stock cam, use the lighter ones. The new Edelbrock shouldn't have issues, so long as you're anal about the break in procedure.

i know, i had company from florida this weekend so i wasent able to get on here very much. where in WR do your parents live? i live off peachblossem road near houston county highschool. when ever your intown justcall my house number an ask for jeremy, somtimes my brother will answer and hang-up but if i dont see the post i will see a weird number on the caller ID and call it back most times. were u here in the ur buick?
