Title: Corvette 4 and 3 Transmission

Can someone clue me in on how these transmissions work? Is there like 3 OD's...or what's the deal?

the 4+3  is a T10 manual 4speed trans with an overdrive on the output

the overdrive is switch engaged  and can be used  on 2nd 3rd and 4th gear reducing the ratio of each gear so you have 4+3 gears

Computer defolts to OD when key is turned on
In OD 2 3and 4 at WFO it will down shift out of OD then shift back to OD .
