My guess is he just stuck them on to Uglify the car even more than the Mudflaps could do!

Plus in the winter and during burn outs you need them. :)

Since it's Kanadiun they should add a Hockey Stick Wing on the back & maybe some
(I Brake for Beer Stickers) to finish it off! :hmm
