Glad I'm not into buying new vehicles. Too bad that fire threw a "spanner" into the works. Sux to put all the proverbial eggs in one basket. Beancounters obviously didn't have a contingency plan.

same thing happened in the hard drive industry late last year when Thailand flooded.

Key component suppliers were crippled - tripled storage pricing, it's still not recovered.

So much for globalization.  :rolleyes;
