Read about it on TB.COM...so I assume it was one of those guys. If I remember correctly it was girdled...and didn't hurt the internals. Can't remember what caused the failure tho.

I've seen damage but not like that. :O Wonder how that would actually happen unless there was a flaw in the block. :chin:
