Title: ground wire ?

is there a ground wire that somewhat controls the starter ?
askin cause the car is dead but if i add a wire from frame to starter itll turn over
any ideas whats missing?

Check and see if the main battery ground wire is attached to the block.

attaches to one of the bolts that hold the turbo mounting bracket to the block

thanks guys
went out and looked no ground wire to engine just frame to battery ill get one on there an hopefully itll start...

Wait...

There should be a small wire coming off the battery ground terminal to the sheet metal of the passenger side inner fender.

The main ground cable should go to the turbo mounting bracket bolt.

There is no frame ground on our cars....
