This stuff is amazing for making a waterproof seals 3M Temflex rubber tape:
stretch 10-20% when applying, good for RF connectors,etc

Good cheap wire strippers, will strip difficult insulations like layered teflon reasonably:

These are better of course, but with specialty blades can get expensive:
