Of those on that list - Sears concerns me the most - I will miss Craftsman tools. :(

i'm willing to bet that sears will go back to being a order company like they used to be. online store nowa days.

Craftsman tool are a confusion for the last 20 years.
Before that  all their own branded tools (electrics made by emerson) and a range of qualities that you could identify.
 
Now I'm not sure what is really there, the local store had every socket and router bit known to man, no more.

I hear Cornwell are good - not sure where to get them. I pretty much have all the tools I need - save for the odd one to complete a job. Looks like Harbor Freight. (Unless I am cutting, drilling, or anything that requires a quality tool)
