The shocks in the car now maybe have 5000 miles on them, problem is this. Since I put the 17 inch tires on ride had suffered, but not that bad, I can live with it. On the rear I have the 17 x 10's and I think its to much extra weight for the shocks?? Roads here in WI mostly suck and the rear seems to really get bounced around? Recently I hear a new noise from the rear also, havent dug in to see what it is yet. Would different shocks help??
Thanks!

I've got Bilsteins at all 4 corners on mine...and she's a little harsh with the 16" GNX rims on rough roads. The KYB's were a little softer.

Would not your 17's still be lighter than stock 15's?

I never like the kyb's...they seemed to be very harsh in one direction whereas the the B's seemed much more modulated in the movement control. Think it was rebound that felt strange-or perhaps the transition point between rebound and compression.

I have Kyb's on all 4 corners. they are pretty stiff, but I can deal with it. Never tried the Bilsteins tho.
