Title: Where are they?

People disassemble cars.
They sell you the parts.
You never get the bolts or hardware.
Where does this stuff end up?
Guys have 45 gallon drums full of bolts and misc parts somewhere?

First they start out as boxes then to pails etc.
No idea how I know that.

George W. is stockpiling them in order to build the Destroyo-Tron 9000 which, of course, will control all of Earth's weather.
