Title: WOW. AMazing TR!
Post by: SuperSix on January 10 2011, 07:43:35 AM
Stumbled across this on Cardomain - I am floored. One of the nicest TR's I have ever seen.

He guy is TUrbo2dr - apparently he's a member on TBS.com too. Has a turbo Malibu, ths TR, and converted a GN to an Aerocoupe! I'm not a huge fan of the Aerocoupe design, but damn, he made it look good.

TONS of pics on this link, I really like the dash conversion.

That silver Regal is absolutely flawless, but somebody ought to punch him in the throat for the aerocoupe bastardization!

His work is definitely superior. Let's see if we can find a doctor to do a good job of attaching a penis to a beautiful girl.

If anyone posts "it's an addadictomy!" I'm gonna scream.

That silver T is beautiful. I'm on the fence about the GN Aerocoupe... But it is a very nice car nonetheless.

Like I said, I'm not a big fan of the look, but I heartily respect the work, time, and effort that went into it.

I never was a fan of the AeroCoupe. The only thing uglier than that was those damn Grans Prix 2+2's.

I used to work doing auto glass when in university, you'd probably be looking around 800-1000 for the glass alone(at cost, add shop mark up), add 2-3 hours install time. Yeah, that glass breaking would certainly hurt the pocket book.

I saw an episode of 'How It's Made' or 'Factory Made', and they showed how float glass is made - putting molten glass over molten tin. Badass!
