Title: 1st Ammendment
Post by: DCEPTCN on August 17 2010, 04:40:23 PM
As disgusting as it is for me to say, I do believe this secures the rights to build a mosque near ground zero. I want to yiff at the thought of it, but I really think that it is perfectly protected under the first ammendment. And since everybody is all of a sudden reading the constitution as it was intended, can we maybe address that second ammendment? Faggots.

As badly as I hate to say it, I agree, there is nothing unconstitution al about the building of the mosque. I do think it is in poor taste and suspect some ulterior motives though.

It certainly is guaranteed, as would be the right to erect a billboard, directly across from said mosque, showing Allah getting rear-ended by a leather-clad swine. I also think it should remain legal to burn the flag. Of course, in either situation, my heart would not bleed for someone who gets their brains blown out doing so. Free speech, you see, is guaranteed by the Constitution, it is NOT protected by the Constitution. Free speech often comes with a price to pay, as does arrogant disregard.

Very well put.

I want to see how they are going to get the Unions to build it. You don't build SHIT in NYC without the unions.

I'm enjoying the jokes about the gay bar being opened next door.
