After he had been discovered trying to ruin a Royal Family photo shoot,
he was given the option of jail or to leave Her Majesty's Country. Per
order of Parliament, one should never offer chili and boiled cabbage to

Those freaks subsist almost entirely upon boiled meats...I doubt there is a safe place to stand in all of England.
