To add insult to injury, that recovery should have been done with a ramp truck
instead of an auto loader. Then hauling the car with the wheel lift that high and dragging the nose. Some people shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel of a tow truck either. Lets see if the insurance company goes after the tow company now that they have that video as evidence ?

See I thought of that today when I saw it dragging on the ground, that they needed one of those flat bed.  But, what do I know, I am just a little housewife.   :rofl;
