Title: Can't drive 55

As I was driving today down the road, I passed a TN State Trooper. It made me thought of the last time I got a ticket. It was back in 1993. I was doing 55 in a 45 zone.  I the last time I have gotten pulled over was in 1997, but that does not count because I got a warning for speeding. ~(My husband still can not believe I got out of that one.) Anyway,   When was the last time you guys got a ticket?   Just a thought, since this board has been dead lately.   :cool;

couple of months ago ... lame ass Va state troop gave me a ticket for having a radar detector.  Now, I know they are illegal to use in Va. But, I was not even using mine, it was just hanging from the windshield. So here I am cruising toward Bristol, doing the speed limit and johnny lawman sees my detector and bam I get pulled.  I really hate Va's way that they mine the interstates for money.

3 weeks ago, illegal left turn in front of a cop. As usual, I will fight this one.

 I've gotten somewhere around 7-8 speeding tickets and only got convicted for one. I work the system.

I retard'ly rolled straight through a stop sign right in front of a bike cop. I was looking for an adress and didnt realize the street went from lights to stop signs.  I knew it right away and just pulled over and waited for the cop to make a U turn and catch up. He wanted to know, "what the hell are you doing? Are you on drugs? Do you have a problem? etc..."  I explained that I had just gotten offered the greatest job in the world and I was real excited and trying to find an address and didnt realize.. etc etc etc...  He let me go and said be careful.  I think it helped that I was in a full suite and tie...

Last year..87 in a 65...waiting to see if I get anything in the mail for blowing thru some lights in the last couple of weeks  :jerkit;

The last speeding ticket for me was 1996 in Houston, TX - he wrote me for 65 in a 55 although I was going just over 70.

I'm with Sylvan, I never had a speeding ticket either.
