went to local 1/8 mile drag strip thursday, (Irwindale)
chevota, ( buick V6 powered toyota PU) ran a 5.76@ 129
that means its a 8.90 1/4 mi,
check out the speed!!! 129 in the 1/8th!
on the secong run  lifted the wheels 3 ft in the air, he lifted, then when it hit 2nd it lifted em again 2ft in the air,
it is a TA block  but weighs 2900lbs, :psix;  friggin unreal!
sorry no pics,
he will let it all hang out at PHX ( west coast nats) hope to see some 8.50's
no he's not  certified, neither is the car.
oh well !
