Title: Fuel Pressure Question....
Post by: kma697 on June 25 2007, 09:10:49 AM
What kind of et gains if any can I expect from putting an AFPR on my car??  I have TT Street Chip, 100# valve springs, CAI, and RJC Plate and I have an afpr just not put on yet.  Just curious to see what kind of gains anybody may have gotten from this mod. :psix;

AFPR is an old school way of increasing fuel flow without reburning the chip-before they had adjustable chips.  What kind of Air:Fuel ratio are you at now?

You'll need the AFPR to properly use the TT chip regardless. The
fuel pressure spec Eric recommends is higher than stock.

Top Speed.... Don't know my air fuel ratio

RR Checked and the fuel regulator on TTA's is set @45 which is actually higher then Erics recommendation of 43, or at least that's his starting point.

Going on vacation next week so all the shit can wait, going to Florida to pick up my Stang and go see Universal while I'm down there!! :atbeer:

Have a good time, and get the AFPR when you get back. :atbeer:  :psix;
