No, I would never try and make you feel stupid.
I just figured from you insight into music.
Alex Van Halen, from the Van Halen band

No shit? How did you go from hanging with rock stars to Internet low-lifes like us? Was it drugs?
My 1958 Mamiya can beat up whatever camera you just wasted your money on.

I was having a Grans Sport 80 built by Guldstrand on my '86 vette vert. I ended up having # 10 and Alex had # 8. Also met Eddie and his wife on one occasion. Eddie was into vans & pick-ups and Alex was into go-fast stuff &  jeeps. Also met out there Mike or mark Tramp or Trump. lead vocal for Whitesnake, and the then business manager for LA Guns. Dave Carridine (of Kung Fu fame) was a training instructor sometimes for Guldstrand for some of his 1 day seminars. Jim Skinner The tall guy in the pic was a  mechanic for Guldstrand at the time, and later partnered with another Guldstrand customer, owner of Grand Sport # 6 maybe, Mike Barnett, and formed an auto shop out in northridge called B & S automotive. Met Eddie and his wife out there one day with Alex. It was almost sort of like hanging out an MGM or something like that. Natty, I will E-mail you another pic if you will post it please. Strange as it may seem, Alex is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Real stand-up dude. And for whatever it is worth, Alex is straight as an arrow regarding alcohol, drugs, groupies, and so forth.
But the answer to your question from a point A to point B standpoint I just ran out of the Benjies. I Was out of work at that time, and thought that life was just one big party after another. Definitely Glory Days.  I can honestly say that my other car, maybe 2,  went up my nose. After all of the hell that I have raised and all of the partying that I have done, I am very thankful to be alive. David Carradine was also a very stand up dude, very quiet and very nice. Not at all like one would picture him.

I'd love to (for fun), but I don't think he'd be down.
