I see how to make an album...but how do we upload pictures to said album?
Any chance our gallery from the old site can migrate here?

That's something I am fiddling with. I still haven't figured it out. It's part of the mod that allows videos to be embedded so easy, so I want to figure it out. It's a very complicated mod. I am also hoping to get the old gallery pics in, but it doesn't look good.

The Media section is fixed and working.
Check it out:

Pictures of Ron Jeremy alternating with pictures of Mark S.
What are you trying to tell us?
-
OK - I migrated as many of the old gallery pics as I could, based on my feeble memory, to new user albums. The ones that I couldn't remember who they belonged to, I put in a new album called "Old Gallery pics". Feel free to take those if they are yours, and move them to your album.
I created albums for Gary Wells and Top Speed. I put some in your album too, Gordy.
you can upload almost anything into your albums, video, music, pictures, etc - this mod has some amazing features - make sure to check it out!

Is there any way for us as a user to move the pictures in the mass gallery to our user galleries that we know are our pics?
-
And...is there any way to delete pictures from our albums?
-
Not sure about anyone else but not a fan of the little window that opens up with the pic in it. Personally I preferred the new tab that opens with the image if you want to see the full resolution of the image.

You can for now - It's not elegant, but it works for now. Make sure to click in the FILENAME of the pic you want to move, you should see "Delete" and "Move" now. I can't leave it like this, move what you want to, and in the meantime,I will figure out the right way.
Click "Media" in toolbar above forums, Scroll down, click on "Old Gallery Pics" under "Latest Albums", click the FILENAME above the pic you want to move, scroll to the bottom of that page, you should see " Report / Edit / Delete / Download / Move / Unapprove" Icons and text.

I can't change that. I am asking the author for assistance, but I don't think it will change.

Thanks...moved everything I needed to move and just cleaning them up now.

This handles images in a weird way.
No scaling at all?
Only one scroll bar per post vs per image?
Can only be ~400 pixels wide to display entire image?

Our galleries can't be made public?
With the old ihadav8 I had linked to my gallery for every forum message board I use and it would take them right to my gallery. With this new setup, it gives them an error code unless they're a member and they're signed in.

You should be able to link individual pics by using the HTML embed code link in the picture properties.
So - you want the media section open to guests? I should be able to do that. Let me check
-
Fixed - guests can now view the albums.
If you DON'T want them to see one of your albums, EDIT your album and UNCHECK the "READ" box next to GUESTS under the "PRIVACY" area.
To verify Gordy - log out and paste this into your address bar - your album should come up.
